Caroline Gamard, M.S.

Psychology Extern, DBT Trainee

Caroline (she/her) earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Duke University and her master’s degree in clinical psychology at Loyola University Maryland. She is currently a third-year student in the Doctor of Psychology program at Loyola University Maryland. Caroline has experience working with adults with trauma and mood and anxiety disorders, and she is passionate about helping people accept themselves as they are and build the skills they need to change.

Caroline’s approach to therapy is authentic and compassionate. She brings a validating and accepting attitude to therapy to help clients deepen their understanding of themselves and develop skills to live according to their values. She believes that there is a kernel of truth in every perspective and that everyone is capable of building the life they want to live. Caroline is also passionate about mindfulness and the value of fully experiencing life in the present moment.

In her free time, Caroline enjoys group fitness classes and reading novels. She loves Duke basketball and the city of Baltimore.
