Psychology Extern, DBT Trainee

Danielle Locke (she/her) is a psychology doctoral student at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. In her capacity as a Psychology Extern for The Bethesda Group, she provides individual and group therapy. Previously, she provided individual therapy at Chase Brexton Health Care and psychological assessment services for youth and adolescents experiencing psychosis symptoms at the Strive For Wellness Clinic. Danielle has specific interests in treating individuals who use violence in their relationships, and how DBT can be used as an effective intervention in both a group and individual context.

Danielle enjoys reading (preferably outdoors with a good coffee) spending time with her Goldendoodle, Stella, and exploring new places.
