Inclement Weather Policy

Our Inclement Weather / Snow Policy is as follows:

You may assume that your regularly scheduled appointment will occur UNLESS your provider or the practice notifies you by email, text, or voicemail that your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Each provider decides on their own weather they will be in the office, so please contact your provider if you have a question about their schedule.

If you believe that it would be dangerous to travel, please notify your provider by email that you will not make your appointment time. Please give as much notice as possible. Our usual missed appointment policies do not apply when there is inclement weather and you will not be charged, as long as you give notice before your appointment that you will not be in.

From time to time the entire office will close and in that case we may post a notice on our website to that effect.
