“Gearing Up for the Fall”
Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9-11am
Session 1: June 20th, 21st, 27th, 28th, July 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th (CLOSED)
Session 2: July 25th, 26th, August 1st, 2nd, 8th, 9th, 15th, 16th
Led by experienced DBT Skills trainers Wyneshia Hicks, LCSW-C, and Casey Perisin, PsyD, participants will leave each day having learned a new DBT skill to help them enter into Fall with tools they can use to succeed.
Participants will learn skills to:

Be More Present
Set Boundaries and Improve Relationships
Handle Stress More Effectively
Increase Self Respect
Decrease Negative Self Judgements
Express Emotions Effectively
