Session 2: July 10th, 11th, 12th, 17th, 18th, 19th
Led by expert DBT Skills Trainers Wyneshia Hicks, LCSW-C, and Casey Perisin, PsyD, participants will leave each day having learned new DBT skills to help them enter into Fall with tools they can use to thrive and succeed.
Participants will learn skills to:
Manage and Express Their Emotions
Handle Stress Effectively
Increase Self Respect
Decrease Negative Self Judgments
