Designed to give graduating high school seniors and college age students skills they need for the challenges ahead. DBT Skills are proven, evidence-based techniques to better manage stress, emotions, and relationships mindfully and effectively.
Led by Expert DBT Skills Trainers Wyneshia Hicks, LCSW-C and Casey Perisin, PsyD
Participants will learn skills from all of the DBT Skills modules to use to enhance their quality of life, and succeed, wherever their path may lead them.
Mindfulness & Distress Tolerance: June 22nd-26th
Mindfulness & Emotion Regulation: June 29th-July 3rd
- Mindfulness & Interpersonal Effectiveness: July 6th-10th
Mindfulness & Middle Path: July 13-17th
