The Bethesda Group Presents
DBT Skills training helps people to manage stress, emotions, and relationships mindfully and effectively. Whether learning DBT skills for the first time or wanting to brush up, this course is designed to give high school seniors and college age students skills they can use for the rest of their lives. This class is not a replacement for a full fidelity DBT Program.

Led by Experienced DBT Skills Trainers
Hannah Fabiszewski, LCSW-C & Cheree Sims, M.Ed
Our Boot Camp Classes will be held online via Zoom, Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 am to 10:30 am on the following schedule:
Distress Tolerance: July 10th through 14th
Emotion Regulation: July 17th through 21st
Interpersonal Effectiveness: July 24th through 28th
DBT Mindfulness skills will be taught during each of the weeks.
To get the most out of the skills training, students should attend all of the classes. We also know that summer is a busy time! If you have any scheduling conflicts, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your family’s needs.
Depending on interest, we may offer another round of Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance in August. If interested in August dates please indicate so on your application form.
